NAI Wisinski of West Michigan brokers Doug Taatjes and Hillary Taatjes-Woznick represented the seller, Spectrum Health, and the buyer, Dr. Russ Curtis, in the sale of a former Spectrum Health Urgent Care Center at 5378 Plainfield Avenue in Northeast Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The 5,000-square-foot building was renovated for Dr. Curtis’ new location for Northview Eye Care. Half of the property (2,300 square feet) is available for lease as retail or office use by NAI’s Taatjes-Woznick.
