NAI Wisinski of West Michigan broker Rod Alderink represented the property owner, East Park LLC, in the sale of its property in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to DJ’s Landscape Management.
DJs intends to use the building at 4436 Broadmoor SE in Grand Rapids as its new headquarters and training facility.
Before moving into the space early this winter, DJs plans interior and external renovations, including new signs, landscaping and parking lot renovations.
