Stan Wisinski, principal and associate broker at Grand Rapids, Mich.-based NAI Wisinski of West Michigan has been awarded three Excellence Awards from The Michigan Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors: Smallest SIOR Transaction, Largest Industrial Transaction and Largest Co-Brokerage Transaction in 2014.
The awards were presented at the Inaugural Excellence Awards on Jan. 22 at the Country Club of Lansing.
Smallest SIOR Transaction: 14141 State Street, $80,000
Largest Industrial Transaction: 5565 Broadmoor, $46.7 million
Largest Co-Brokerage Transaction: 5565 Broadmoor.
