Kara Schroer with Grand Rapids, Michigan-based NAI Wisinski has earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member – CCIM – designation.
CCIM is the higehst designation commercial real estate professionals can earn. To earn it, candidates are required to complete a graduate-level program made up of 160 hours of education, pass an exam, complete a membership application and pay annual dues.
Schroer is one of only 6 percent of commercial agents to earn the CCIM designation. NAI Wisinski now has eight agents that hold the CCIM designation.
Schroer joined NAI Wisinski of West Michigan’s Kalamazoo, Michigan, office in October of 2014. She has 14 years fo commercial real estate experience.
