Todd Leinberger of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan and Chad Clemens of Redstone Commercial Investments brokered the sale of 724 Wealthy St. in Grand Rapids, the former Georgina’s restaurant.
The buyers will be using this space to open a new restaurant concept. The restaurant will be called “Zivio” and will be a modern European-themed restaurant that will serve Eastern European, Central European and Mediterranean influenced dishes.
“Zivio in Bosnian means “Live On” and it is how we celebrate cheers to each other,” said Dino Duratovic, who along with his father Damir and his brother Denis, will open the restaurant.
This will be the second restaurant operation for the Duratovic family. The Duratovic family is the current owner operator of Bosna Express on 28th Street in Grand Rapids.
The restaurant is expected to open in mid-January or early February after some minor paint and décor updates are made to the space.
Leinberger represented the seller, while Clemens represented the buyer in this transaction.
