Cameron Timmer and Russ Bono of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan, along with Bill Bubniak of NAI Farbman, have successfully sold Orchard Plaza shopping center in Byron Center, Michigan.

Orchard Plaza is located at 701 68th St. in Byron Center and is a 186,449-square-foot retail center immediately south of the intersection between M-6 and US-131, both major arterial highways in the MSA.

The Center, constructed between 1993 and 1995 and renovated in 2004, is comprised of two retail buildings, a 115,662-square-foot big box and a 70,787-square-foot multi-tenanted building, formerly anchored by a Family Fare grocery. Tenants in occupancy include Dollar Tree, Supercuts, Fit Body Boot Camp and Tractor Supply.

Kmart previously occupied 115,662 square feet of space at Orchard Plaza. The new owners, a Detroit-based real estate firm, plan to re-tenant the space.
