Bill Tyson and Todd Leinberger of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan sold Northland Plaza, LLC’s 20,168-square-foot shopping center at 3325 Plainfield Ave. NE in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The brokers sold the center to 1923 Property, LLC. Prior to closing on the sale, Tyson and Leinberger assisted the buyer in negotiating longer-term leases with the current tenants, who previously only had month-to-month leases.
The shopping center is currently comprised of a large fitness center and a tanning salon. The center is easily visible because of the pylon signage and electronic reader board.
