Russ Bono and Cameron Timmer of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan brokered the sale of 958 Fulton, an East Fulton corridor landmark in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The building is roughly 13,400 square feet with six retail bays on the first floor and nine apartments on the second floor.
Current retailers of the building include Mercury Head Frame Shop, Perrin’s Upholstery, Rinaldi’s Pizza and a party store.
Russ Bono and Cameron Timmer of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan represented both the buyer, a group of local investors who own neighboring properties, and the seller, L&M Properties.
