The 72,000-square-foot shopping center was 100% occupied with tenants including JoAnn Fabrics & Crafts, Biggby Coffee, Xfinity, Supercuts, Tropical Smoothie Café, The UPS Store, Check ‘n Go, LA Insurance, the State of Michigan and more.
Minges Creek Plaza is centrally located within the Beckley Road/B Drive north retail corridor and positioned between the I-94/Capital Avenue SW and M-66 interchanges.
Milks represented the seller in this transaction. NAI Wisinski of West Michigan will handle property management and leasing for the new owner.
