Mary Anne Wisinski-Rosely and Jason Makowski of Grand Rapids, Mich.-based NAI Wisinski of West Michigan helped close the sale of a 110,000-square-foot medical office building in Grand Rapids.
The buiding sits on 10 acres of land and is located near the Cascade Road/Interstate-96 interchange.
MB Real Estate, represented by a broker in Chicago, was the buyer. The NAI Wisinski team represented the seller, a group of 16 doctors.
NAI Wisinski will still handle the leasing of the property and the property management.
