Cushman & Wakefield‘s Lindley/Wessel team received the 2015 Broker of the Year award at the NAIOP Indiana’s Annual Real Estate Awards program, March 10.
The Indianapolis team is comprised of Patrick Lindley, SIOR, Luke Wessel, SIOR, Grant Lindley, Nancy Gootee and Lori Juerling.
NAIOP Broker of the Year recognizes an individual or established brokerage team that demonstrated exceptional skills and/or noteworthy accomplishments in representing owners, users or occupiers during 2015. The recipient also benefits the local community through economic or community development, exceptional client service, innovative problem solving, and creativity in transaction structure.
The team closed transactions with total volume of $160 million encompassing six million square feet of space and nearly 300 acres of land during 2015.
