The NAIOP of Ohio Board of Directors recently named the 2024-2026 leadership team that will assume its responsibilities in January 2024.
During its annual organizational meeting in Columbus, Ohio, the board selected members representing the four regional chapters in Ohio who will represent the executive committee in the planning and execution of engagement and policy initiatives.
Executive committee members, include:
- President-elect Mike Sikora representing the Northern Ohio Chapter, is Managing Partner of Sikora Law and most recently served as both the Board’s Vice President and Chair of the Legislative Committee. He is a Past President of the Ohio Land Title Association, the Northern Ohio Chapter of NAIOP. He is also an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) and is the former Chair OSBA’s Real Property Section Council.
- Vice President Robert Ballinger representing the Dayton Chapter, is an attorney with Coolidge Wall Co. L.P.A. and a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Department. He serves on the Board of Trustees for The Contemporary Dayton and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Dayton Bar Association.
- Secretary Rick Craven representing the Central Ohio Chapter, is Managing Director of Sikora Law. Rick is a member of the Real Property Law Committee of the Columbus Bar Association, Treasurer of the Central Ohio Chapter of NAIOP, and previously served as their Legislative Chairman.
- Treasurer Josh Gerth representing the Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky Chapter, is Senior Vice President of JLL in Cincinnati. Most recently serving as Board President, Josh has previously served as President of the Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky NAIOP Chapter. He serves a Trustee of Anderson Township, the Board of the Ohio Township Association, and First Vice President of the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments.
