NAIOP Wisconsin celebrated the state’s top commercial real estate professionals, projects, and emerging leaders at its 2026 Annual Meeting & Awards Ceremony, held at Venue 3 in Milwaukee’s 3rd Street Market Hall.
The event brought together more than 250 industry leaders to recognize excellence across development, leadership, and community impact.
“NAIOP Wisconsin members play a vital role in building thriving communities and shaping the economic future of our state,” said Jim Villa, CEO of NAIOP Wisconsin. “This year’s honorees exemplify the very best of commercial real estate — visionary professionals and transformative projects that strengthen communities, attract investment, and elevate our industry.”
The ceremony highlighted six major awards and recognized 32 Developing Leader All Stars, underscoring NAIOP Wisconsin’s commitment to cultivating the next generation of commercial real estate talent.
Here are the winners of our annual awards:
Development of the Year – The Corridor – Brookfield, Wisconsin (Irgens)
This year’s Development of the Year honors The Corridor, a transformative, multi‑phase, 66‑acre mixed‑use development by Irgens. Blending retail, hospitality, healthcare, fitness, and corporate office uses, The Corridor represents a decade‑long commitment to creating a connected, walkable, and economically vibrant destination in Brookfield.
Principal (Developer) of the Year – Nick Jung, F Street
Nick Jung of F Street was recognized as NAIOP Wisconsin’s Principal (Developer) of the Year for 2025. As a leader at F Street, Jung plays a central role in shaping the firm’s investment strategy and driving high‑impact development initiatives across the state. As a leader in NAIOP Nick has been deeply involved in shaping, and
implementing, the Chapter’s strategic initiatives. From guiding the Chapter as Board President to strengthening advocacy efforts and expanding member engagement. His strategic vision and steady leadership have helped position NAIOP Wisconsin as one of the most influential CRE organizations in the country.

Associate of the Year – John Ferguson, Findorff
John Ferguson with Findorff is the 2025 NAIOP Wisconsin Associate of the Year. As Business Development Director for Findorff, John leverages more than 15 years of experience in client relations, community engagement, and strategic growth to serve their clients. As a community leader, serving on the NAIOP Wisconsin Board of Directors, the Rotary Club of Milwaukee Board, the Wisconsin Policy Forum’s Economic Development Committee, and others, his leadership in community‑focused initiatives, including Rotary’s
scholarship program and mentoring future development industry leaders underscores his commitment to
strengthening the region’s talent pipeline and economic vitality.
Developing Leader of the Year – Michael Moe, Greenfire Management Services
Michael Moe of Greenfire Management Services was named NAIOP Wisconsin’s 2025 Developing Leader of the Year. A decade‑long contributor to the Chapter, Moe has played key roles in the Programs Committee and the Developing Leader All Star Program, helping strengthen programming and statewide engagement. As Business Development Manager for Greenfire — a tribally owned firm of the Forest County Potawatomi
Community — he leads strategies that advance mission‑driven development across multiple sectors. A graduate of the ACRE and Tribal Leadership programs and a Daily Reporter “Rising Young Professional,” Moe exemplifies mentorship, community impact, and the future of CRE leadership.
Developing Leader All Stars
NAIOP Wisconsin honored 32 emerging professionals for their achievements in the Chapter’s Developing Leader All Star Program, which provides mentorship, education, and leadership development for members 35 years of age and younger. Honorees were recognized for their first, third, fifth, and seventh years of program achievement, reflecting sustained engagement and professional growth. A list of the recognized honorees is attached.
The final two awards are unique and given only when exceptional leadership, service, or impact warrants:
Trailblazer Award – Pamela Turer First American Bank
Pamela Turer with First American Bank received the NAIOP Wisconsin Trailblazer Award. The Chapter Trailblazer Award is presented for extraordinary leadership and innovation in advancing the mission of NAIOP Wisconsin. Turer is widely recognized as one of Wisconsin’s most respected commercial real estate and banking leaders. With more than 15 years of service to NAIOP Wisconsin, Turer has shaped nearly every facet of the organization — from committee leadership to serving as Board President. Her influence extends across the industry: she has been named a Milwaukee Business Journal “Woman of Influence” and a Biz Times “Person to
Know in Banking & Finance,” reflecting her reputation as a connector, mentor, and champion for CRE professionals statewide. Turer’s long‑standing commitment to NAIOP includes board service, sponsorship leadership, and advocacy for member engagement.

Thrive Award – Kenosha Innovation Center
The Kenosha Innovation Center was named the recipient of NAIOP Wisconsin’s 2025 Thrive Award. The Thrive Award recognizes a project, company, government entity, or individual whose work meaningfully strengthens communities through real estate investment and development. The Kenosha Innovation Center earned this honor for its role in sparking economic renewal and fostering collaboration across public, private,
and educational sectors. The project is poised to accelerate business formation, support emerging entrepreneurs, and catalyze long‑term job growth in the region — creating a dynamic hub that will drive innovation and economic opportunity for years to come.
Chapter Leadership and 2026 Outlook
During the Annual Meeting, NAIOP Wisconsin formally installed its 2026 Board of Directors (list attached) and welcomed Brad Amundsen of Associated Bank as the 2026 Chapter President.
“NAIOP Wisconsin is entering 2026 with tremendous momentum,” said Brad Amundsen, 2026 Board President. “Our priorities are clear: deliver cutting‑edge education, strengthen member engagement, build the next generation of leaders, and ensure commercial real estate has a strong, respected voice in Wisconsin’s policy discussions. This work matters to every business in our state.”
The Chapter also celebrated being named 2024 NAIOP Chapter of the Year, the second time in eight years Wisconsin has earned the national association’s highest honor (2018 for 2017 and again in 2025 for 2024).
