Kirsten Lee Villegas is the new chief executive officer of NAIOP Wisconsin, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
She took over her new post on July 20.
Villegas has more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and private sectors, and was formerly the state executive officer of the Wisconsin Builders Association.
Before her time at the builders association, Villegas served for five years as president and chief executive officer of the Waukesha County Museum.
