Namdar Realty Group in mid-February purchased the Mall of the Bluffs retail center in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Namdar Realty Group is based in Great Neck, N.Y. The company purchased the mall from Chicago’s General Growth Properties.
The purchase price has not been announced.
The Mall of the Bluffs includes 730,000 square feet of retail space.
