Naperville, Illinois-based Calamos Real Estate announced that Paul Yacoub, who from 2017 to 2019 served as an intern and associate with the firm, has rejoined the firm as AVP/real estate analyst.
Most recently, Yacoub was a valuation associate with Revantage, A Blackstone Portfolio Company. He also held positions in real estate valuations and consultancy, and he completed a master’s degree in finance at Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business in 2021.
At Calamos Real Estate, Yacoub will be primarily responsible for valuations for development projects and analytics behind real estate investment.
In addition to the degree earned at Loyola’s Quinlan School, Yacoub holds a Bachelor of Business with a concentration in finance from DePaul University Chicago.
