Nashville office of JLL names executive vice president

Kevin Howell

Kevin Howell has joined the Nashville office of JLL as executive vice president of property management.

Howell brings more than 25 years of experience to JLL, and has overseen development and management for more than 11 million square feet of assets across Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio and Minnesota within the last 15 years.

As executive vice president, Howell will lead JLL’s Nashville property management business line and two dozen team members. In this role, he will focus on growing JLL’s property management platform and will play an integral role in serving current and future clients in the market.

Howell will lead property management efforts for some of the market’s most high-profile developers and investors, including a premier institutional investor that recently acquired a property outside of Brentwood, Tennessee, and Propst Development, owner and developer of Broadwest, the 1.2-million-square-foot mixed-use community in midtown Nashville.

Prior to joining JLL, Howell served as managing director of the Nashville office at Commonwealth Commercial Partners, where he was responsible for overseeing daily property operations, and long-term planning and growth in Nashville and multiple other markets.

Since establishing a presence in 2010, JLL’s Nashville office has quickly grown to more than 45 employees – a nod to the market’s rapid growth and expansion. JLL’s Nashville office now represents 11 business lines and concentrations, including retail and office tenant representation, office agency leasing, project and development services, industrial services, supply and logistics services, property management, integrated portfolio solutions, capital markets, multifamily and work dynamics.
