Nashville’s ESa names principal

ESa, a Nashville architecture and design firm, promoted Travis E. “Tripp” Parker III to principal.

Since joining ESa in 2019, Parker has played an integral role in advancing the firm’s design and project delivery across a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, hospitality, healthcare and higher education markets. As principal, he will continue guiding project teams, strengthening client relationships and contributing to the firm’s long-term strategic growth.

With more than 15 years of architectural experience, Parker is responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams through the design and documentation of complex projects. He is known for his ability to balance design vision with execution, helping clients create environments that meet today’s needs while remaining adaptable for the future. Throughout his career, he has led and contributed to a wide range of notable projects, including Pendry Nashville and Pendry Residences Nashville at Paseo South Gulch and Tempo by Hilton Nashville.

A registered architect and member of both the American Institute of Architects and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, Parker earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Mississippi State University. His work has been recognized with industry honors, including an AIA Middle Tennessee Citation Award for Tempo by Hilton Hotel Nashville in 2024.
