Nashville’s ESa promotes two to senior design manager positions

ESa, a nationally recognized Nashville-based architecture and design firm, promoted both Kristin Green and Ryan Terrell to senior design manager.

In their new roles, both Terrell and Green will continue advancing the firm’s design capabilities through a combination of technical expertise and cross-disciplinary partnership. Each designer will help ESa anticipate evolving client priorities and emerging technologies to deliver more adaptive, high-performing designs.

Ryan Terrell, AIA, Senior Design Manager

Terrell earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology and is a licensed architect. Bringing nearly a decade of experience in commercial office, high-rise residential and hospitality design, Ryan believes good design should continually seek thoughtful, unexpected solutions through a collaborative process. He leads projects from early concept through detailed execution and works closely with clients to translate ideas into fully realized environments. Notable projects that Terrell has worked on include Paseo South Gulch Office and Residences, JE Dunn and Pendry Nashville

Kristin Green, AIA, NCARB, EDAC, LEED® Green Associate, Senior Design Manager

Green earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati and holds multiple professional credentials, including AIA, NCARB, EDAC and LEED® Green Associate. 

Green holds that great architectural design should be functional, yet beautiful, inspiring and timeless. She is known for her coordinated and detail-oriented approach to some of the firm’s most complex healthcare design projects, partnering with clients and consultants to seamlessly guide them from concept to completion. Notable projects that Green has worked on include Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Arthur M. Blank Hospital, University Health Palo Alto Hospital and Retama Hospital and Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital
