Nashville, Tennessee-based Montecito Medical, a privately held acquirer of medical real estate, has promoted Rus Gudnyy to senior vice president – investments.
In his new position he will be directly involved in all aspects of the acquisition process, including sourcing, underwriting and evaluating potential acquisition and development opportunities for the company.
Gudnyy’s transaction experience includes closing on more than $1 billion in medical office acquisitions and development opportunities. A graduate of Cornell University, Gudnyy earned his degree in Applied Economics and Management, with a concentration of Finance and Strategy.
