Jeff Elpers has been promoted to senior project manager at Nashville, Tenn.-based Skanska. He previously served as project manager at the construction and development company.
Elpers has worked with Skanska for the last five years. He has nine years of construction experience.
He previously served as Skanska project manager on a variety of healthcare projects, including the recent Johnson City Medical Center Surgery and Radiation Oncology Center and the $46 million Smyth County Community Hospital project in Marion, Va.
