The nearly sold-out Twelve|Twelve condominium development in Nashville has won a 2015 National Association of Home Builders Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Award. The condo development won the Best Condominium Community award.
Twelve|Twelve was developed as a joint venture between Hensler Development Group and real estate firm Stiles. The condo development is a 286-unit, 23-story luxury building at the intersection of 12th Avenue South and Laurel Street in Nashville’s Gulch neighborhood.
Twelve|Twelve welcomed its first residents in December of 2014. Since then, 90 percent of the project’s units have been sold, with overall prices averaging about $500 a square foot. The building’s remaining 28 units are expected to contract and close before the end of the year.
