CRG, a national real estate developer, has opened a new office in Columbus, Ohio.
Last year, CRG announced The Cubes at Etna 70, a 155-acre industrial park located in the Etna Township, furthering the roll out of The Cubes state-of-the-art warehouse and logistics facilities throughout North America. CRG recently broke ground on the first development in the park, a 1.2 million square foot build-to-suit for Kohls and has land available to develop up to an additional 3 million square feet in the park.
“This investment further exemplifies our commitment to the Columbus market. said CRG President Shawn Clark in a statement. “We continue to see opportunities to deliver our clients’ most important projects while creating value for our investors.”
Scott Caplan, Senior Vice President and Partner, will lead the Columbus office as well as CRG’s industrial and office pursuits in markets throughout the Midwest Region. Hannah Kiem will join Caplan in the Columbus office, serving as Director of Development, Midwest Region.
The new Kohl’s facility is the first development at The Cubes in Etna 70, with additional growth available for distribution build-to-suit developments. In the fall of 2017, infrastructure work at the site was complete including work on the Interchange of I-70 and State Route 310. The five-lane bridge and a two-lane signaled off ramp is within 100 yards of The Cubes and provides convenient access for warehouse traffic.
