Nationwide Realty Investors announced that development is planned to begin early next year on the third and final phase of Parks Edge, a luxury condominium development within the Arena District in Columbus, Ohio.

The 10-story, 50-unit Parks Edge North building will offer a mix of two- and three-bedroom floor plans, with the majority of the residences fronting McFerson Commons. Designed to connect seamlessly with the initial phases of Parks Edge, neighboring Burnham Square Condominiums and McFerson Commons Park, the Parks Edge North building exterior will feature two stories of brick façade with glass on upper floors.

The project boasts picturesque views of the Arena District, downtown, the riverfront and adjacent parks, with lush landscaping, an atrium featuring a social room with fireplace, bar and kitchen, a guest suite, fitness center, conference room and 24-hour concierge service. Residents can enjoy a rooftop pool and hot tub, sun deck and outdoor kitchen, a private secured parking garage, as well as the plethora of walkable amenities throughout the Arena District and downtown.

Construction on the North building is expected to begin in early 2020 with first occupancy in 2021. Parks Edge was initially announced in late 2015. Construction of the West building in phase one was completed in the spring of 2017, while second phase construction of the East building began in early 2017 and was completed in 2018.
