Employees in early March moved into the newest Arena District building developed by Columbus-based Nationwide Realty Investors.
The new building, 10 W. Nationwide, rise five stories in Columbus’ 75-acre mixed-use Arena Disrtrict. The building includes 200,000 square feet.
“10 W. Nationwide is a linchpin building and a key piece in the Arena District’s continued development,” said Brian Ellis, Nationwide Realty Investors president and chief operating officer. “The signature building and surrounding walking paths connect the Convention Center, the new Hilton hotel and the Arena District.”
Located on the corner of Nationwide Boulevard and N. Front Street, 10 W. Nationwide is directly adjacent to the 1.7-million-square-foot Columbus Convention Center and the newly opened, 532-room Hilton Columbus Downtown.
The new building is occupied by associates from Nationwide Financial’s retirement plans business. A small portion also includes associates in the Nationwide Financial Securities LLC broker-dealer business and an IT group within Nationwide Financial.
