Nationwide Realty Investors will soon begin construction on a 13,000-square-foot residential clubhouse at Grandview Yard, a mixed-use development in the Columbus, Ohio, market.
The Yard Club will be located on Baldwin Avenue between Yard and Rail Streets in Grandview Heights, Ohio, home to Grandview Yard, a mixed-use development that will include 1.2 million square feet of commercial space, restaurants, retail, hospitality and residential units on more than 125 acres.
The Yard Club will include a pool and spa, fitness center, community room and a leasing office.
Nationwide Realty Investors began planning for the third phase of Grandview Yard earlier this year. The new Brooks building apartment complex will include 166 one- and two-bedroom flats ranging from 722 to 1,219 square feet. It will also include a 128-space underground parking structure.
Also under construcion and planned for completion in the middle of 2016 is the 500,000-square-foot Nationwide campus, which features three interconnected buildings with adjacent parking structures, a 135-room Courtyard by Marriott and the Grand Event Center, a 13,000-square-foot event and conference center.
