Columbus-based Nationwide Realty Investors will develop Parks Edge, a luxury condominium development at the corner of Spring Street and Neil Avenue in the Arena District of Columbus, Ohio.

The 12-story, 69-unit building, located at 250 W. Spring St., will include 15 floor plans with a mix of one-and-two-bedroom flats, ranging from 1,500 to 3,200 square feet. It will also include two- and three-bedroom townhomes ranging from 1,500 to 2,600 square feet. Floor plans can be combined to exceed 3,200 square feet.

The project will feature views of the river, Arena District and downtown skyline. Residents of Parks Edge will enjoy a fitness center, conference room, 24-hour concierge service, guest suite, and social room with a terrace, fireplace, bar, and catering kitchen.

A private four-story, attached parking garage with secured access will also provide a roof top pool, hot tub, sun deck and covered kitchen with gas grills.
