Columbia Gas of Ohio, a subsidiary of NiSource Inc., recently entered into a long-term lease agreement with Nationwide Realty Investors to relocate its headquarters to a new location in Columbus, Ohio.
The new headquarters will be located in Columbus’ Nationwide Arena District.
J. Frank Franzese, executive vice president, and Steven Bauer, associate director, of Cushman & Wakefield’s Chicago office, along with Wayne Harer, executive vice president of Continental Real Estate Companies, represented Columbia Gas of Ohio in the transaction.
