Interra Realty has been chosen by Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago to broker a 14-buiding portfolio with a total of 289 units. Altogether the properties are more than 80 percent occupied.
The portfolio includes apartment building with one to four bedroom units in Chicago’s Austin, East Garfield Park, North Lawndale, Roseland and West Humboldt Park neighborhoods.
The mix has courtyard, three-flat and corner walkup buildings as well as townhouses. All of the properties are subject to limited income and rent restrictions emanating from the initial entitlements provided for the rehabilitation of the properties.
Co-founders and Managing Principals David Goss and Jon Morgan, along with Associate Lucas Fryman are the Interra brokers for the project.
