NelsonHill has completed leasing transactions on two properties owned by Midwest Industrial Metals (MIM).
This July, NelsonHill Principals Mark and Michael Nelson represented MIM in an expansion and consolidation into a new acquisition of a 100,000-square-foot industrial property on seven acres at 615 Northwest Avenue in Northlake, IL. NelsonHill assisted MIM in the leasing assignments in its former space.
In the first lease, Kenny Construction signed for 12,000 square feet at 2900 North Kearsarge, Chicago, IL. Kenny Construction was represented by Al Caruana, Director at Cushman & Wakefield.
In the second lease, ComEd signed for 29,000 square feet at 3030 North Tripp Avenue, Chicago, IL, represented by Randy Olczyk, Principal at Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate.
