615 W. 41st StNelsonHill has completed the acquisition of a 41,560-square-foot industrial building on behalf of Town & Country Limousine Inc. in Chicago.

The limousine company purchased the building at 615 W. 41st St. in Chicago to accommodate the expansion and relocation of its operations from 3201 S. Hoyne Ave. Town & Country Limousine began operations in 1993 and is a provider of corporate ground transportation in Chicago. They chose the property primarily due to the immediate access to I-94. The new clear span facility features drive-through capability, floor drains throughout, four drive-in doors and a fenced, paved and lit lot.

Gavin Stainthorpe, senior associate of NelsonHill represented the buyer in the transaction. Colin Green and Larry Goldwasser of Cushman & Wakefield worked on behalf of the seller, Coach USA.
