NelsonHill has completed a 42,000-square-foot industrial sale located at 2155 S. Carpenter in Chicago.
Chicago Coffees and Teas has purchased the building for the expansion of its operation from 3912 W. McLean on the northwest side of Chicago. The company is a purveyor of sustainably-grown gourmet coffees, teas and equipment for Chicago’s finest restaurants and hotels. Chicago Coffees and Teas chose the location in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago’s near South Side due to the proximity to I-290 and I-90/94 as well as downtown Chicago.
Mark Nelson and Michael Nelson of NelsonHill represented the owner, Sitex Group, in the sale. Dan Steinberg of Domain worked on behalf of the buyer.
