NelsonHill is pleased to announce that it represented the seller of the former Sachs Truck Sales property, an acre of land on the corner of Grand Avenue and Western Avenue on the west side of Chicago.
The buyer, Panoptic Group, purchased the property for $2,030,000. Plans are to use the land for development of a 78-unit apartment building, which will have the addresses of 2404-2426 West Grand Avenue. Panoptic Group specializes in green apartment buildings on the west and northwest side of Chicago, and the company is planning to use the site’s close proximity to the Metra to gain LEED credits for the building.
