Chicago-based NelsonHill recently closed six industrial sale and lease transactions in the city, totaling more than 130,000 square feet of space.
Nuva- Reach Scrap has purchased a 34,000-square-foot crane building on 5.37 acres of land in the Pullman neighborhood of Chicago’s South Side. Michael Nelson and Mark Nelson, both principals of NelsonHill, represented building ownership, Progressive Rail. Shaun Dobson with Charles Rutenberg Realty represented the buyer in the transaction.
The Nelsons also represented State Bank of Countryside in the sale of 927 W. 49th Place. The building, 18,000 square feet on 30,000 square feet of land, sold to Mark Mennen of All City Environmental Services, Inc. The buyer had no broker representation.
Dolphin Commercial Laundry has signed a lease at Midway Business Center for 32,000 square feet. NelsonHill represented building ownership as the exclusive brokers. Dolphin Commercial Laundry had no broker representation.
Energy Brands, a distributor for Coca Cola’s sports and health drinks, leased 12,000 square feet at 3100 N. Tripp. The tenant selected this location because of its convenient city location, loading and off-street parking. The Nelsons represented ownership. The tenant had no broker representation.
Duracare Furniture, Inc leased 20,000 square feet at 3510 S. Western Ave. Again, the Nelsons represented ownership and the tenant had no broker representation.
King Auto leased a 15,000-square-foot freestanding building at 2120 W. Lake St. The tenant was represented by Aslan Butt of R2 Realty, while the Nelsons represented building ownership.
