NelsonHill has completed the sale of 5353 W. Armstrong Avenue in Chicago’s Jefferson Park neighborhood to Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) for $2.825 million.
Principals Mark and Michael Nelson represented the seller, New York-based Cab Company; Hugh Murphy of JLL represented the CTA.
The 100,000 square foot property sits on 3.75 acres. The CTA will use the site to expand its area bus depot. It features three interior docks, one exterior dock and one drive-in door and is located in the Elston/Armstrong TIF Corridor in close proximity to both the Interstate 90 and Interstate 94 expressways.
