NelsonHill has completed the sale of a 21,000 square foot heavy timber loft building at 1845 W. Hubbard Street in Chicago, Illinois. The value of the sale was $1.15M. The building features 12-foot high ceilings and 7,000 square feet per floor.
Mark Nelson and Michael Nelson of NelsonHill represented the seller, Mufid Saleh. Robert Woods with Spectrum represented the buyer, Busy Bee Promotions, a marketing and advertising firm. The buyer is relocating from another building in the neighborhood where they were leasing.
The property was last purchased in 2012 and subdivided by the owner. It is part of the growing Kinzie Corridor business hub.
