The value of the sale was approximately $1.5M representing $112.46 per square foot.The building features 20-foot high ceilings, 1 Drive-in Door and 10,332 square feet of office loft space. The building is in the Kinzie Corridor business hub in the expanding West Town neighborhood. It is located near the CTA Ashland “L” stop and has access to the Kennedy Expressway.
Mark Nelson and Michael Nelson of NelsonHill represented the seller, Larry Ionescu. The buyer, Tracy Boychuk, was represented by Seth Vamos from Get Realty Inc. The buyer is an investor who already has some tenants lined up to lease the building.
