Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a 4,000-square-foot, net-leased 7-Eleven property located in Alsip, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold for $5,117,478.

Austin Weisenbeck, senior vice president and Sean R. Sharko, senior vice president and investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, represented the seller, a local developer.  The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Weisenbeck and Sharko.

Located on 127th Street in Alsip, the property is a brand-new, build-to-suit for 7-Eleven with a 15-year lease. The property was sold to an out-of-state 1031 buyer in an all-cash transaction.
