Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Panera Bread, a 4,800-square foot net-leased property located in Delavan, Wisconsin. The asset sold for $2,325,000.

Dominic Sulo and Chad Lieber, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a developer, was also secured by Dominic Sulo and Matthew Wenger, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office.  Matthew Fitzgerald, Broker, assisted in closing this transaction.

The property is shadow anchored by a Walmart Supercenter and part of a 100,000-plus-square-foot power center with retailers Aldi, Kohl’s, Lowe’s Home Improvement, AT&T, Subway, Chili’s, and others.

Delavan is located just over the border of Illinois at the southern tip of Wisconsin.
