Austin Weisenbeck, senior vice president, and Sean R. Sharko, senior vice president and investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
Evergreen Park Towne Center is located at 8730 S. Kedzie Avenue. The property procured multiple offers and a deal was made with a local 1031 exchange buyer.
