Timothy Nichols, associate and investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Nichols.
GPM Fas Mart – Lombard is located at 909 E. Roosevelt Road near the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Meyers Road. The current tenant has a corporate guarantee and six years of lease term remaining with two ten-year options.
