CBRE Vice Chairman Todd Lippman and Vice President Paul Diederich assisted local technology company, Net56 Inc., in its relocation and expansion into the Deer Park Office Center at 21805 W. Field Parkway in Deer Park. The new space provides Net56 expansion space and a new state-of-the-are data center.
The new Deer Park location will improve the access to amenities for employees, given its proximity to Deer Park Town Center. Further, as the new property was constructed in 2007, it will provide an improved office environment as the office space and the infrastructure serving it will be designed to suit the present and future needs of the business.
