New Albany, Ohio-based Wallick has promoted Jeannie Clayton to Senior Vice President of Asset Management. In this new position, Clayton will continue to refine the Asset Management division’s role as the owner’s representative and financial steward, reinforcing Wallick’s ongoing commitment to preserving affordable housing communities.
Clayton joined Wallick in 2015; since then, she has played a key role in growing the Asset Management division’s team and refining the company’s closing and real estate management processes. Her prior roles at Wallick include serving as a Paralegal in the Asset Management Department and as a Real Estate Specialist, Senior Closing Manager, and Director of Acquisitions in its Asset Management and Development divisions.
Most recently, Clayton served as Vice President of Closing and Real Estate Management, overseeing the Wallick team responsible for the company’s tax credit, acquisition, disposition, and refinance closings.
