Kinzie Real Estate Group‘s building division will serve as the general contractor for Watermark at the Grove, a new luxury rental community in Elgin, Illinois.
Watermark at the Grove is expected to break ground in April on an 11-acre site at the northwest corner of Northwest Parkway and N. Randall Road. Five three-story buildings will have a combined 258 luxury apartments.
The first phase of construction will include a resort-style clubhouse with event space, fitness facility, theater room and outdoor pool as well as the first of five residential buildings. Other amenities include secure, underground parking, as well as bicycle parking and 4 acres of open space with a dog park and walking trails.
