Bryant Bitar has joined the Cleveland office of CBRE as an assistant. He will focus on office and retail properties.
Bitar has worked in commercial real estate since 2004. Before joining CBRE, Bitar worked with Community Development Trust, where he had a long-term role in supporting all loan-production activity for the company’s Chicago-based team. He was responsible for approving more than $150 million worth of financing that resulted in more than $620 million in new construction of more than 700 units.
