The Calhoun Health Center, located at 1905 N. Calhoun Rd in Brookfield, Wisconsin, will feature 8,600 square feet of Class A medical office space available for lease by medical and dental service providers.
Construction of the single-story 23,600-square-foot building will begin in April and will be completed by December 2016.
The building will be a valued addition to Brookfield’s city center on Calhoun Road, featuring efficient access and location near retail outlets, and community and government facilities.
Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin will be the building’s anchor tenant, maintaining a health clinic that will feature primary care, obstetrics/gynecology and imaging services over 15,000 square feet of space.
The former LifeTime OB/GYN practice, which joined the Froedtert & MCW health network in October, will relocate to the Calhoun Health Center from its two current offices in Brookfield and Milwaukee.
