Joe Candella recently joined South Bend, Ind.-based Commercial real estate firm CBRE|Bradley and its sister company Bradley Residential Management as a member of the executive management team.
Candella brings more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, including asset management of commercial and residential portfolios. He has also served in executive roles for real estate company operations and finance. As the executive vice president of asset services, he will oversee the commercial property management and maintenance departments.
Before joining CBRE|Bradley and Bradley Residential Management, Candella was promoted from senior vice president to chief operating officer for Chicago-based, real estate investment and services firm, Eliason Inc.
