Steve Cho has joined real estate lending, investment and advisory company Greystone as a managing director. Cho will be based out of the company’s Chicago office, and will focus on building Greystone’s CMBS presence.
Cho brings more than 17 years of experience in CMBS originations, distressed loan restructuring and private equity acquisitions to his new position. Before joining Greystone, Cho was managing director at Royal Bank of Scotland and the company’s sole CMBS originator in its Central region.
