PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC has kicked off the month of June with major announcements at the rapidly growing design and construction firm.
The team has begun work to design and build a more accommodating 52,000-square-foot facility in Buffalo Grove that will serve as its new corporate headquarters. This facility replaces the previous headquarters building, which the firm has now outgrown. Architectural design work is underway for a two-story corporate headquarters on Busch Parkway in Buffalo Grove. In addition to sun-filled offices, breakout rooms and huddle spaces, the open-plan office will feature outdoor workspaces with lake views and a centrally located full court basketball court.
Additionally, the company will be opening a downtown Chicago office this summer to serve its growing client base in the central business district. The changes follow a period of sustained growth at PREMIER, including a growth rate of 589.9% between 2014 and 2019.
“We’re taking steps now to ensure that we are poised and ready with both the capacity and the talent that we need to maintain our trajectory,” said Alan Zocher, co-founder and managing principal.
