Farbman Group/NAI Farbman announced that Jermaine Johnston has joined the firm as portfolio property manager for the property management department. He will be based in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
Johnston has more than 14 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate industries and has held positions such as commercial and residential real estate advisor, property manager, and multi-site property manager.
In his new role, Johnston will be responsible for the overall management of a commercial property portfolio, including overseeing the day-to-day operations, monthly reporting and budgeting and performing routine site inspections.
